General Policy

Cancellation policies vary by property, booking type, and region. All cancellation terms are communicated at the time of booking confirmation in your preferred currency.

Hotel Bookings

Most hotel bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equivalent to one night's stay.

Venue Bookings

Venue booking cancellations are subject to the venue's specific terms. Typically, cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full refund, 15-30 days receive a 50% refund, and under 15 days are non-refundable.

Event Packages

Custom event packages have individual cancellation terms based on the services booked. Please refer to your event contract for specific details.

Disputes

If you believe a cancellation was handled unfairly, you can open a dispute through our platform. Our team will investigate and work toward a fair resolution.
