3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the respective property. Payment terms vary by property and are communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation policies are determined by individual hotels and venues. Please review the specific cancellation terms before confirming your booking.

5. Liability

Hostiva Connect acts as a global marketplace intermediary. We are not liable for services provided by hotel or venue partners, but we will assist in dispute resolution.

6. International Services

Hostiva Connect provides services globally. Users are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations in their respective jurisdictions. All transactions are governed by the laws applicable to the property location unless otherwise agreed.
